My Grading System (in a nutshell)
Good++ = nearly new condition
Good+ = very nice condition with few blemishes
Good = good working condition, but may have scratches, dings, etc.
I will try to describe anything unusual in the condition, 
such as pitting, damaged parts, and so forth.
I rarely put a tool on the list that I consider NOT completely usable on your bench.
